It is universally applicable to all types of organisations, regardless of size, geographical location or industrial sector.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim is to protect all personnel who fall within the sphere of control and influence of an organisation and who produce services or products for it, including not only its own personnel, but also those employed by its suppliers, subcontractors, sub-suppliers and homework.<\/p>\n<p>The core elements of this standard are based on ILO (International Labour Organisation) conventions, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the national legislation of each country.\u00a0 During the SA8000 certification audit, documentation including the SA8000 Standard and the attached SA8000 Performance Indicators (available online at the official website) is reviewed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>TREATED THEMES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The social responsibility requirements of the standard Bargaining<\/li>\n<li>Discrimination<\/li>\n<li>Disciplinary Practices<\/li>\n<li>Working hours<\/li>\n<li>Remuneration<\/li>\n<li>Management system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SA 8000 standard is very similar to another international standard called Smeta Sedex.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INAIL CALL FOR SA8000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>INAIL has opened a call for tenders to urge companies to obtain SA8000 certification, with a grant of up to 65%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>HOW TO REQUIRE SA 8000<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Here are the steps for obtaining SA 8000 certification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Request
