It represents an important evolution for organizations that intend to responsibly manage the risks resulting from cases of corruption, including a program of measures and controls that constitute \"good practice\" in the anti-bribery field.<\/p>\n<p>According to anti-bribery management system the meaning of \"bribery\" must be understood in a broader sense than the corresponding offense envisaged by mandatory legislation. It includes other dishonest and malpractice activities and those conduct which, although formally licit, hinder the pursuit of general interest purposes.<\/p>\n<p>The standard has a High Level system can be stand-alone or can be integrated into an overall management system for example, it can be part of the organizational model adopted in accordance with Legislative Decree 231, or be integrated into the quality, environment, safety, etc. systems.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Who is it for?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Standard is intended to all type of organization, public, private
